HOW TO ORDER OUR FULL COLOR PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS

1.  Email your specifications to us at sales@leadingedgeawards.com.   This is the best way, because we have a hard copy of what you are requesting, and we can email you a sample back of what the finished product will look like (Full color products only).  Simply tell us which products, and what options (text, colors, writing, etc.) you want.  Remember, if you are having your supplied photo, logo, or mascot on the product(s), then you must either send it to us, or email it (10 MB limit).  We have many mascots on file that we can customize with your colors. Picture may be in a digital format (Floppy, CD, etc.), or a picture that we can scan from.

2.  Fax or Call your order in.  Same as the above, however we won't be able to email you a proof without your email address.     Fax (239-482-5504),   Phone (239-482-0494).  We only email proofs of full color personalized products .  If you are ordering a sculpture, trophy, etc. then the photos on the web site are your indication of what the product looks like

3.  REMEMBER, ANY OF THE FULL COLOR PRODUCTS CAN BE CUSTOMIZED TO YOUR SPECIFICATIONS.  IF YOU SEE A SAMPLE PRODUCT ON OUR SITE DONE FOR A CERTAIN SPORT OR ACTIVITY, REST ASSURED IT CAN BE DONE FOR YOUR SPORT OR ACTIVITY ALSO. 

4.  WE GUARANTEE ALL OF OUR PRODUCTS TO BE FREE FROM DEFECTS.  PLEASE VISIT OUR FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS SECTION TO REVIEW POLICIES AND PROCEDURES.
