What is your policy for returns?
If a product is deemed defective, arrives broken or has a mistake we will replace at no cost to the customer. Simply email or call us. We may want to have Fedex pick up the damaged products.
If a customer wishes to return a stock product that has not been altered, it will be the responsibiity of the customer to return the items to us in original packaging and condition. A restocking fee of up to 25% may occur depending on the product.
There are no return on custom or personalized items, as these can not be resold by our company. We always send a proof of customized products to be approved prior to production.
